By incorporating strategies from Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Aurora aims to help users thrive in life and overcome negative thoughts.
With Aurora, users can track their mood and identify triggers, develop healthier thinking habits, and receive a weekly mental health assessment. The app also offers a large library of audio and written exercises based on CBT methods, helping users reduce anxiety, improve sleep, and learn effective mindfulness techniques. Additionally, Aurora provides insights into patterns and triggers, helping users understand the psychology behind their moods and acquire skills in self-compassion.
Aurora offers two subscription options: quarterly for $29.99 and yearly for $Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
